Return Policy
Prices: Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. The NCSML Museum Store is not responsible for errors or misprints on this website.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available from the NCSML Museum Store and may be purchased by calling 319/362-8500 Ext. 108. Gift certificates must be mailed in for redemption and are not replaceable if lost.
Delivery: Most orders go out within 3-5 days of receipt. A physical address is necessary for delivery. Shipping and handling charges will be billed at the time of shipping. Shipping charges depend upon the weight, size and destination of shipment. Shipping charges will be calculated using UPS standard published rates even though we may use other carriers such as FedEx and US Postal Service to deliver your order. The shipping charges will include the cost of any surcharges or insurance that may be imposed by the carrier. Shipping charges will be applied to each carton needed to ship your order. It is our policy to do all we can to pack your order in a single carton. However, packing and shipping depends on item availability and dimension. For overnight delivery or 3-day delivery, please call the NCSML Museum Store at 319/362-8500 Ext. 108.
Back Orders: Back orders will be shipped when available, unless specifically cancelled by the buyer in writing.
Returns and/or Exchanges: The NCSML Museum Store wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund. Please insure any returned packages. Shipping costs and insurance must be prepaid. Please note that all returns should be sent to: National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library, Attn: Shirley Rosencrans, 30 16th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.
Damage in Transit: We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately. Please open packages immediately and report any damage within 7 days of receipt.
Returned Checks: Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $30.00. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed. We may electronically collect returned checks, service charges and other applicable charges.
