Textures of line photography
I am lucky to have had many opportunities to travel , with my camera, throughout the United States, North America, Europe and China. I love to record the textures present in nature as well as the interplay of natural change and human influence on man-made objects. Recently I have been experimenting with printing on and applying images to textured papers and tiles.
In 2002, I was introduced to digital imaging and immediately started practicing digital restoration of old, damaged photographs. Although it is a very time consuming and tedious process, it is very rewarding to bring a faded or damaged photograph back to life.
