If you are satified with us or the product in any way, simple return the product and we will give you money back*. *see terms and condtions below
We provide a 7-day Return Policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so. Provided that the return met the following conditions, we will give you a full refund, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!

~Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging
~accompanied by order receipt and signed return authorisation form
We will refund you the total amount paid less postage.
Note: Please be advised that E-Audio.net will not cover any postage costs for returned products. These costs must be covered in full by the purchaser.
Return a product for warranty service
At E-Audio.net, we offer a standard 12 month limited warranty service for all our products.
In general, products can be returned for a warranty service if manufacture defects are found or occur within the stated warranty period (normally 12 month).
