Since its creation Washington Information Source has specialized in Food & Drug Administration information, providing a wide range of informative products and services including FDA documents, informative newsletters, books and audioconferences.
At our main office in Leesburg, RECORD-RETRIEVE
maintains an extensive library of FDA documents including 510(k)s,PMAs,483/EIR's,etc. We offer these documents to subscribers or non-subscribers on a per document cost.
RECORD-RETRIEVE also offers FOI searches and custom document searches to subscribers and non-subscribers.
All FDA RECORD-RETRIEVE documents have been released by the U.S. Government under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and are therefore available to the general public. RECORD-RETRIVE and WISCO do not guarantee the accuracy of any of the information in the documents it provides; the documents will be copies of the information obtained by FDA or other agencies of government.
Today, WISCO and RECORD-RETRIEVE providefour unique and in demand newsletters serving the pharmaceutical, biotech, health and beauty aids, medical device, etc., and corporations globally. In addition, we provide access to our extensive library of FDA documents, publications and teleconferences.
WISCO is an independent, privately-held corporation whose main office is located in Leesburg, Virginia, a short drive from Washington, D.C., and FDA facilities in Rockville and Silver Spring, MD.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm, Eastern Time. We are closed on all Federal Holidays.

# Large number of our documents are available for online real time purchase. Each of these documents is priced for downloading.
# Offine Document Retrieval Fees:$25 including postage (subscribers), $40 non subscribers. Shipment is by Priority Mail unless subscriber wishes to pay extra for Fedex, DHL or other overnight method. Email delivery $20 (if document is available in PDF) Please note: Subscribers outside the U.S. or Canada must prepay orders.
# Fax Delivery (added to other fees):$5 U.S., $10 outside N. America. Can only fax documents under 25 pages.
# Overnight Service:Charged at cost, in addition to retrieval fee. We generally use FedEx, DHL.
# FOI Requests (under our name):Free for subscribers; $30 per request for non subscribers.
# Custom Research:$40 per hour. Includes research, obtaining transcripts, PMA summaries, SBAs, “K” numbers, etc. Retrieval/postage extra. $80 for non subscribers.
# 510(k)s/EIRs/483s, SBAs, company responses to warning letters, transcripts to FDA meetings:50 cents per page. Some transcripts can be ordered from the court reporters directly, but prices vary. Please call to determine price. Transcripts ordered from court reporters via RECORD–RETRIEVE must be prepaid.
# 510(k) Statement data:$25 for 1–50 pages; 50 cents per page for documents exceeding 50 pages.
# 510(k) Summaries; Warning and Untitled Letters:$10 each, flat fee. If over 14 pages, then 50 cents per page.
# Other Documents, such as PMA summaries, Guidance Documents:”$.25 per page, with a minimum charge of $3 if document is 3 pages or less.
# Newsletter Subscriptions:You can subscribe online to any of our newsletters – see each newsletter for price and availability.
# Publications, Audioconferences:You can purchase any of our publications or access to any of our audioconferences online. |
