Return Policy
RagaRanga® offers the following Returns Policy: 1. RagaRanga® reserves the right to change this policy at any time without giving any prior notice as RagaRanga® sees best to provide ultimate customer service. 2. All CD's, VCD's & DVD's sold by RagaRanga® are tested for highest quality and without any known defects or errors. 3. CD, VCD & DVD players come in various formats throughout the world and not all players are created identical. This creates a lot of challenges for testing the products we produce. Although our products should work on most CD, VCD and DVD players - RagaRanga® does not gurantee that the CD's, VCD's and DVD's will play properly on all brands and type of players in the world. 4. RagaRanga® will NOT offer any refunds once the CD's, VCD's and DVD's seals are broken 5. RagaRanga® will gladly replace defective product if found genuinly defective with the same product. Defective product cannot be exchanged with another product of same, equal or less or more value. 6. RagaRanga® will pay for shipping a replacement product for the defective one, however the defective product must be shipped by the customer at their expenses to RagaRanga® 7. All RagaRanga® products are protected under music & movies copyright laws - unauthorized copying, playing, duplicating and re-selling of RagaRanga® products and products sold by RagaRanga® without prior written permission from RagaRanga® is prohibited - and is punishable by the laws of the USA. |
