We will issue a full refund for all items that are returned unused, with tags still attached within 7 days. Please call us at (860)642-7212 to receive a return authorization number. We will replace an item or issue a store credit for any manufacturers defects within 90 days. If the item shows signs of heavy wear, we will not replace or issue store credit.
