Return Policy
NYC House of Style offers the following Returns Policy: All returns MUST have an RMA number so it is processed quickly and your return is linked to your purchase. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is easy to get by contacting us through email or by telephone. Returns are acceptable for all items unless final sale is stated. Merchandise is returnable within 14 days of purchase and with all original packing and box. All items must be unused/unworn. We cannot accept a return once an item is used and any item returned in this manner will be refused. If an item is returned without the original box and/or not packaged inside an appropriate shipping box (a shoebox is not a shipping box) it will not be accepted. Other than than an item may be returned anytime within 14 days for purchase refund or merchandise credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping service is not a refundable item.
