Return Policy: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on any item we sale. We follow the same policy at our store. Prom and special occasion gowns are special orders. We cannot send the item back to the manufacturer unless it is damaged. The great thing about PromExpress.us is we check the gown before it is ever shipped to you. We make sure that the dress is damage free before it ever leaves our store.
Since there are no exchanges, refunds or returns we urge you to make sure that you measure correctly and pick the correct size. We have conveniently placed sizes charts so that mistakes will not happen. Please be careful and make sure to read the instructions on where and how to measure when picking the size. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions and we return the e-mail as soon as possible.
