Return Policy
Our Return Policy
At eHaberdasher we stand behind the quality, authenticity, and value of all our products. We offer a 30-Day Money Back return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is in its original, unused condition including all original packaging and tags intact (PLEASE only remove tags, wear or alter AFTER you are sure you will keep your purchase), simply email us at service@eHaberdasher.com for an approval code, then follow the instructions below.
Shipping is non-refundable
Unless there is an error on our part in the order, shipping is not refundable and refunds/credits are issued for merchandise only.
No Exchanges
eHaberdasher strives to offer our customers great merchandise at the best possible prices. In order to do so, we cannot offer exchanges as we often have very limited quantity of any one particular item, often times having only one of an item. If you would like a different item or size which we have available, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
How To Return An Item
1. Email us within 30 days of your purchase date for a Return Authorization Code: We will reply with an 8-digit code which must be entered on your return form on the back of your packing slip.
2. Complete the Return Form: Each order comes with a packing slip; on the reverse of this, you'll find the Return Form. Along with entering the Return Authorization Code, please tell us why you're returning the item so that we can better serve you in the future. In addition, please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or store credit.
3. Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully and neatly in a box and enclose the bottom portion of the packing slip (Return Form) with your return. |
