Return Policy Our Policy: At Extraordinary Concepts we believe our products must live up to your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our products.
Out of Stock Items: If an item you order is out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours and provided with an anticipated delivery date. You can decide to keep the order and wait for product arrival or cancel the order. If you decide to cancel the order, all money paid will be refunded immediately. There is no cancellation fee for Out Of Stock Items.
Cancelled Orders: If you place an order and pay with a credit card or through PAYPAL, and then cancel the order before the order can be shipped (orders usually ship within 24 hours) you will be charged a 3.2% charge back fee.
Shipping: We strive to ship all orders within 24 business hours of verifiable payment. Once we put a package in the shippers’ hands, however, we have NO CONTROL over the shippers’ delivery time. Shippers may guarantee delivery times; however, we DO NOT guarantee the delivery time for ground or express shipments. We only guarantee getting your item shipped as soon as possible. If your package arrives later than the shipper’s guaranteed time, you will have to take this matter up with the shipper. We ship all packages to the address given. If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, refused, recipient not available, or any other reason, we can reship the package to you but you will have to repay the shipping cost as originally charged. If the original shipping cost to you was FREE then you will have to pay the actual shipping cost back to you.
Returns
SALES RECEIPT REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS
Note: No items will be accepted without prior authorization and a return authorization number. You must call and obtain a return authorization number before returning the product. Products returned without prior authorization it will be REFUSED and returned to sender. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please email us at: extraordinary_concepts@yahoo.com.
Defective Items: If a new product proves to be defective within 30 days after the delivery date to you we will replace the product with another new unit. We will pay all shipping costs (both for the new product to you and your return shipping costs** for the defective product back to us). We try to keep all items in stock at all times, however, if another new unit is not available you will be told how long to expect before a replacement can be made.
Working Items: If a WORKING product must be returned for refund within the 30 day return period customer incurs all return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection. Once the product arrives back to us you will receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee*. If an item is missing or product is not in the original condition when sent, you may be charged an additional restocking fee. ALL packaging materials, tags, labels, etc., must accompany product. Shipment must show postmark date prior to expiration of 30-day time limit. There is a 20% restocking fee for opened packages provided product is in new condition. Each return must have Defective products will be exchanged for the same item only.
Auction Items: Items purchased via auction may not be returned or exchanged unless an error has been made on our part or damage has occurred during shipping.
Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless product proves to be defective within 30 days after the delivery date. See Defective Items for additional information.
Returns After 30 Days: Products are not returnable after 30 days for any reason.
*The restocking fee will be a minimum 20% and will not be more than 80%. The restocking fee is taken from the product cost only. The shipping charged to you is NON refundable. If the shipping cost to you was originally FREE then you will be charged a restocking fee for the products plus the actual shipping cost of the product to you.
** We will pay your return shipping costs up to the original amount that you were charged for shipping. If the original shipping for your order was free we will inform you of the amount of shipping cost that you will be reimbursed. If the original item was shipped by express service we can only pay the normal ground return shipping cost (not express costs). |
