Return Policy We value our relationship with our customers and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. A - Link Systems offers our customers a 10-day satisfaction replacement or refund on all purchases starting from the date specified on the invoice, except:
Downloadable Software.
Software title sales are final and may not be returned for credit or refund.
Printer cartridges may not be refunded or exchanged if opened.
Consumable CD media including CD-R Media, DVD-R Media and others, blank CD, diskettes
and may only be exchange for the exact same item and may not be returned for refund.
Plasmas and LCD TV's 27" and larger are not returnable for refund or service. Please examine
your package to upon arrival to verify if it's the right product and for any damages. If any problems
the package must be refused while the carrier is still on the premises.
Shipping Charges.
Exclusions listed at the bottom.
All CPU returns must be made within 5 days from the invoice date, and a 15% restocking fee
applies to all refunds. CPUs that are defective and/or DOA, can be returned for repair or
replacement.
A - Link Systems reserves the right to charge a restocking fee to any customer, 15% for open items and up to 40% on return packages with missing content or if not in new condition.
A- Link Systems will not be liable for the return shipping cost of defective merchandises. We do not manufacture the products we carry therefore we are not responsible for product defects. Customer will be responsible to pay any shipping charges back to A - Link Systems, A - Link Systems will replace the item and ship the item to you at no charge.
Product Return Procedure - To return a product in compliance to A - Link Systems, customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within the return period. Customer can request for an RAN by contacting the RMA department at rma@alinksystems.com or call 1-877-242-7895 ext. 2. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 10 days and A - Link Systems must receive the products within this time period. Customer will receive a RAN confirmation email containing instructions and the address for the return once the RAN is generated. RAN will not be extended or reissued.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to A - Link Systems. Any shipping carrier may be used but customer should use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss or damage for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition.
Exchanges
Once the return package has been received, A - Link Systems will do it's best to expedite the turnaround time. Turnaround time will depend on the availability of the item. Backorder items will be delayed until the product becomes available for shipping. In stock items will generally be processed and ship out within 2 business days from the received date.
Returns for refund
Once the return package has been received, A - Link Systems will issue credit back to the credit card or PayPal account used when placing the original order. Processing time from received date to credit issued date will be within 2 business days. A - Link Systems will not be liable for bank processing time which will vary depending on the bank.
Warranties
After the 10- day refund or exchange policy, any defective product will be dealt directly between the customer and the manufacture. A - Link Systems is solely a distributor and does not manufacture the products we carry. After the 10 day policy, the warranty policy and procedures will follow the manufacture's process.
Exclusions
Improper packing during return shipment to us
Smoke damage from fire or tobacco smoke
Damages for loss of data or software restoration
Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning
Water damage of any kind
Incorrect installation of hardware, software, and/or accessories
Failure to provide the proper installation environment
Peripherals not purchased from ClubIT or unauthorized attachments
Service by any other service center
Any other type of abuse, misuse, physical damage or neglect
Or where the serial number or rating label has been removed, defaced or altered |
