Return Policy SELECTRONICS, Inc. honors return and exchange of most products within 30 days from the invoice date*. We do not accept any return or exchange after this 30 days period. For defective products, please contact manufacturer for warranty information.
* All HP, Compaq and IBM SALES ARE FINAL. Manufacturer's warranties may apply. Contact Manufacturer for ALL warranty claims.
If you want to return the product that is eligible for return, and was ordered within last 30 days, please click on one of the following conditions.
You received a defective product
We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. Defective products will be accepted for credit, replacement, exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the invoice date. In order to return the product for credit or exchnage, first you must complete the RMA ( RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) form. The RMA form can be submitted online from your account menu. Your RMA will be processed within 2 business days and return authorization will be issued.
NOTE: RMA# is required for all returns and no return will be processed without it. All returns will be carefully inspected by our technicians before issuing a credit or exchange. All non-defective returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Please return the whole product (not just the defective part), including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
Any physical damage caused by carrier or due to misuse will not considered as defective. If you accept a damaged package, please inform the carrier or note on the carrier's delivery record. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing that arrived in, then notify us or the carrier immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. |
