Return Policy
-Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. -All non-defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. -You as a buyer are responsible for all costs related to shipping back your items. Shipping charges will not be compensated for. -Custom made banner prints cannot be refunded. (Since all our banners are printed directly from artwork images we receive from our customers, we can not be held responsible for customers' dissatisfaction over the resolution and design of the banners; we try to minimize the chances of such events from happening by approving each artwork before we take your order.) -If the item is defective upon arrival, we have to determine who’s at fault. If the carrier is at fault, we file a claim with the carrier. Customer holds the item until carrier finishes inspection on the claim. DO NOT TRY TO FIX THE DEFECTIVE ITEM BEFORE SHIPPING IT BACK -If the item is defective upon arrival determined not to be the carriers fault, you can return it for a refund of the product price. Shipping to us will not be compensated for (no exceptions). -After 7 days of receiving your order, no refunds can be processed.
