USERL ships all items (except art) by USPS First Class Mail. Most items ship within 48 business hours. However, we are run by volunteers and unexpected delays may occur. If you have not received your item within two weeks, please contact us.
Returns Policy:
As a non-profit organization, we are not able to offer returns or refunds. However, if you received merchandise that was marked or damaged prior to shipping, we will happily replace your item.
