* At this time, RDC Wholesale ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and Canada, and not to international locations. Nor does RDC Wholesale ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
* Sales Tax
* RDC Wholesale charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Currently sales tax is collected for customers and shipments within the state of Texas.
* Return Policy
* You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). RDC Wholesale reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All items, other than pepper sprays, are warrantied for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After these initial 30 days, the manufacturers warranty, if any, will apply. Customers may return any item, other than pepper sprays, within this 30 day period. Customers are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise. This can be done through the Contact Us page. All returns must be in new and resalable condition. All original packaging and documentation must also be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee will be assessed in the amount of 20% for returned items. Items that have been used, and/or show evidence of abuse are not refundable. In the event of an item that is rejected for refund, it is the customers responsibility to arrange return shipping to their location. In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, exchanges will be provided at no cost to the customer.
Media items (DVD's, Video Games, etc.) may be exchanged only. Pepper sprays are not eligible for refund or exchange.
