Originally from Zambia, Cathreen owner and founder of Chez elle Boutique grew up in Africa and Europe. Now a native to Chesapeake beach, Maryland, where she lives and works with her husband and children. Cathreen has had a passion for fashion design ever since she could remember, her love for interior design have inspired many of the store's hand picked accessories. Her eye for detail and consistently introducing custom materials, designs and tackling new markets means she's fearlessly and so are her customers. She is Inspired by urban chic, a strong sense of individuality and a busy downtown lifestyle.
