Shipping cost and service fee are none refundable.
Payment: We accept Cashiers Check & Money Order, Credit Card Visa / Master,
After receiving payment all order will be shipped in the same day or within 3 days. You will receive within 7 working days in the USA. (do not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays)*
Shippings & Returns:
We only ship after receiving the payment.
Your order will ship by UPS or per your instruction( addition cost may apply ).
Returns & Exchange
All service must show order / receipt as proof of purchase, Must call 1st. *NO return on opened or used item. NO refund on shipping and handling charges.
All sales are final after15 days. Within 30 days return or exchange allowed with 25% service fee(or a minimum of US$30.00 charge which is higher) applies to items exchange or return. Any exchange or return must be in its original packing.
