Puckyice came about when we ended up with literally, pucks made of ice. They fit nicely in our foam koozies and kept our drinks cold for about 10 minutes or so. Then they melted : ). So it worked but melted icewater everywhere and didn't last long enough. Then we made Pucky. Pucky is much neater, lasts much longer and is re-usable. That includes the traditional plastic Pucky with refreezable gel interior & the " Special Edition" solid aluminum anodized Pucky.We did research & no-one had a product out exactly like Pucky & readily available with all of Puckys unique qualities. Cool Drinks & Puckyice offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied that Pucky does not keep your cold drinks colder ...longer simply return the Pucky or Puckys in the container they came in within 45 days of the initial ship date for a refund of your purchase. We usualy ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Typical delivery time for Continental USA is 3 - 5 days. This allows you a full 30 days to try Pucky. If your situation should differ somehow we will certainly work with you.
