Return Policy
Damaged packages must be handled within 2 days of your receipt. You must contact us, 610.740.0352 within 2 days per the shipping company; UPS, DHL, FedEx will not accept any exchanges on damaged packages longer than 48 hours. Exchanges of a defective item is at our discretion.
RETURNS AND PRODUCT WARRANTY
Since your FITHEADZ® is customized specifically to you, there are no returns or exchanges of other images.
If your FITHEADZ® arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date and we will exchange the damaged or defective item or replace it at our discretion.
We do not accept returns on gift cards, e-certificates or vouchers.
Gift cards, e-certificates and vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

2. Have your FitHeadz order number at hand.
3. Select the Customer Service option to speak to an agent during our business hours to receive a Exchange Authorization Number
4. All exchanges must have an authorization number. We will not process your exchange without one.
5. Place your FITHEADZ® in the package it was shipped in and clearly mark the Exchange Authorization number on the outside of the package.
6. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service when returning your package to our warehouse.
