Return Policy
or products that do offer a return policy, it is simple.
1. First we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the package to make us aware that you wish to make a return or to let us know there is a problem. This date is determined by the date on the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Information.
2. Second, we ask that you return the package to us within 30 days of the purchase date as given on your invoice.
3. Finally, the merchandise returned must be received in the EXACT condition as sent. This includes all tags, paperwork, and packaging. If the package was originally sealed then it must still be sealed.
4. That's it! Once received you will be refunded promptly for the original purchase price. We do not refund any shipping costs. |
