Return Policy
Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we can accept returns under the following conditions.
* Must be within 30 days of the invoice date.
* Item must be returned to us in original, new condition with all boxes, inserts, instruction manuals and packaging.
* Please submit the RMA form or call us for an RMA # prior to sending your items. Include your order number and contact information including your phone number.
* Items returned in unsellable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please use sufficient packing material for return shipping.
* Buyer is responsible for costs of return shipping, tracking and insurance on return shipping. Blue Reef Aquarium is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. We may issue a store credit for shipping charges at our discretion.
* Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned items via the same method used for your payment.
If you refuse a delivery we will subtract the shipping and return charges from your refund.
If you have a problem after 30 days please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. Please contact us if you have a problem and we will send you the manufacturers contact information. |
