Your satisfaction is important to us!
Items are available for replace up to 7 days after the confirmed delivery date. Once the 7th day replace period expires, all sales are final.
Any claim filed after 7 days of receiving the item(s) will be refused.
Our returns Department must issue a return authorization before any returns will be accepted.
If you receive a purchase that is either damage or defective, we can help. Just message us with a description of what happened. In most cases we will require a digital photo as proof for the insurance claim. For an immediate replacement. Please allow 3 weeks for you claim to be processed.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping cost, no exceptions.
If package was undeliverable by the shipping carrier, or if package was refused by the receiver without any damage claim, it will then be return to shipper and a refund will be issue, less shipping and handling fee listed on auction, less insurance and a 20% restocking fee imposed on the item returned.
We will only refund of the returned item with all manufacturers’ seals intact. It is in its original packaging and in “New” re-sellable condition. It is postmarked within 10 days of delivery.
All items listed are Brand New and Factory Sealed.
Occasionally items listed above may become out of stock during the time it takes to receive your payment. You will be notified immediately if this happens. You may chose to wait until item restocks or full 100% refund will be issued.
