Return Policy
Returns / Credits
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item will either replaced or a refund will be issued per our return policy (minus shipping and handling and restocking fee if applicable) within 15 days of receipt of your order. "This policy does not apply to all items". See "Satin Bedding" for information on satin items. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt in original resalable condition and not to have been used, washed or damaged in any way unless defective. Items which have been received by the customer after 15 days are subject to the manufacturer's return policies for that specific item. Some items may not be returnable or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, items listed as "Discontinued" or "Limited Availability" are non-returnable.
Customer is responsible for return of product(s) to correct return address and all returns must be issued a return authorization. We suggest that all returns be insured and shipped with a company that offers delivery confirmation. Refunds will not be issued as a result of loss or damage by the shipper. Should this issue arise, customer is responsible for filing a claim of loss with their shipping company. Returns received used or without original packaging per Linens 4 You policy will not be accepted unless defective. Please email customer service direct at returns@linens4you.com prior to return for return address and authorization, returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. All velvet items, hand crafted quilts, special order bed skirts, special order canopy tops, special order bedspreads, special order sheet sets, Italian Linens, canvas & vinyl futon bedding, vinyl bean bags-chairs, and "Special Order" items are non returnable. Sheet sets not defective, feather bedding, fiber beds and Goose Down items are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in. Silk bedding not defective are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in.
Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions on which items are non returnable or have a restocking fee, return authorizations will only be issued by emailing customer service direct at returns@linens4you.com. Refunds or credits are normally issued within 4 to 10 business days of receipt of return or after inspection of item if required. Upon receipt of any return, customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to customer if item returned has been used, damaged, washed or is a non-returnable item per Linens 4 You policy. |
