If you would like to return your MyBath.biz purchase, just return it within 7 days after you receive it for a merchandise credit or exchange.
Please note, all MyBath.biz returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. MyBath.biz items not in their original, new, unopened condition may qualify for a partial refund of the MyBath.biz product's original price. Upon our inspection of returned merchandise, MyBath.biz may deduct the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees from your merchandise credit or exchange. A 15-25% restocking fee may apply and be deducted from your merchandise credit or exchange for any returned item.
