Radiant ideas
The company was founded in 2006 by Tara Heiser when she discovered how difficult it was to find gifts for loved ones that were unique AND had a purpose. She spent hours scouring the Internet for quality items that were crafted from recycled materials or made using fair trade practices. After finding a few web sites that offered sparse merchandise with occasional golden nuggets, she decided there was a need to be filled. Thus, Radiant Ideas was born.

Our Guarantee
Radiant Ideas takes pride in offering premium quality, world-friendly products and we want you to love your selection as much as we do. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of your purchase and we will replace the item, exchange the item, or refund the price of the product in full.
Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
Returning Merchandise
Please refer to the return instructions on your packing slip, or call us at 800-507-2099, seven days a week, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time). To expedite your call, please have your order number on hand. Your order number can be found on the invoice included with your original package and in your order and shipping confirmation emails.
