Return Policy
Q: My shoes don't fit; can I return or exchange them?
A: Please know your size before placing an order. Refer to the sizing chart, and if you're still unsure...email us! We may be able to offer some sizing suggestions. Typically our brands of high heels run about 1 size small. We may accept an exchange for a different size, in which case there will be a minimum fee of $5.00. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit unless specifically authorized otherwise.
Q: My new shoes have a defect; can I return or exchange them?
A: If a true manufacturer defect is found, we will need to issue an RA # before accepting the return or approving an exchange. All returns must be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued. The product must be returned in the original box, and show NO signs of wear. You may be responsible for shipping charges depending on the case, but in most cases a pre-paid shipping label will be sent for you to return the defective item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
