Return Policy
We deliver the Primal burgers to you! No shipping fees, no driving, and no traffic. Since we are dedicated to providing a quality product, we do not ship Primal food. Once we begin carrying other products (not frozen food), we will be adding shipping capabilities.
We will be delivering in particular cities on specific schedules. The following delivery terms must be accepted at time of order:
• Once you are given a delivery window, you must be home to receive your products.
• We will not leave the product at an unattended location.
• To cancel delivery, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior.
• If delivery has not been cancelled and there is no one to receive the product, there will be a $20.00 delivery fee and we will contact you to reschedule.
• All orders are subject to a $2.00 delivery fee.
• Delivery schedule will be adjusted for holidays.
• We reserve the right to reschedule delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery is running late, we will notify you.
All Sales are Final.

Delivery area 2: Centreville, Chantilly, Fairfax 3rd Monday of the month B (6-9pm)
Delivery area 3: Arlington, Falls Church, Washington DC 1st Tuesday of the month C (6-10pm)
Delivery area 4: Reston, Oakton, Vienna, Tysons Corner, Herndon 3nd Tuesday of the month D (6-9pm)
Delivery area 5: Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling 4th Monday of the month E (6-9pm)
