In 1971, Don Davis started Davis Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Inc., a company specializing in residential air conditioning and commercial refrigeration. The company soon became the largest HVAC company in Brazoria County and has expanded into Harris, Fort Bend, and Galveston counties. The company has completed large commercial projects in Dallas, Austin, and various other areas throughout the state of Texas, as well. Due to overwhelming success in the HVAC field, it was decided that the company would no longer seek ventures involving commercial refrigeration. In order to clearly emphasize this change to the public, the company name was changed to Davis Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. Working hard to become one of the top companies in the HVAC field, we have focused on customer service and quality craftsmanship. Our reputation is second to none. We have become one of the leaders in most phases of the HVAC business and are capable of custom designing, installing, and servicing most types of residential or commercial systems. We service all brands and are an authorized dealer for Carrier, Trane, Lennox, York and Honeywell.

Return Policy
Warranty: All of our installations come with at least one year parts and labor warranty and two year refrigerant leak warranty. Any service repairs are guaranteed for one year. Extended warranties, manufacturer’s warranties, inspections, and service contracts are available. Returns: All unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days. Special Order Items may be subject to a restocking fee.
