We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. All personal information entered on this website is exchanged via encrypted SSL connection. This provides our customers with maximum security and privacy. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received.
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped the following business day (M-F) after payment has been received. Shipping to US locations are by UPS or USPS. Shipping to Canada, Asia, Australia, Europe, and other global destinations are by USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. To determine shipping costs for products please select the quantity you want and add it to the cart - you will proceed to the 'Shipping Information' page where shipping options and costs are available.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE USA: We gladly ship items worldwide! Duties, taxes, customs and all other government fees are the responsibility of the buyer. PO BOXES OUTSIDE OF THE USA: Please send us your phone number after purchase. It is required on the customs forms and we cannot ship your item without it.
Returns
Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement within 14 days of receipt. Replacement or refund will be made at Optical Overstock's discretion for the original item. Shipping costs incurred in returning defective or damaged merchandise is non-refundable. We require that you send an e-mail to our sales department for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement or refund. If after review, we do ask for the item back, we will issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Please enclose a copy either of your invoice (that you printed from our web page) or a copy of the order confirmation we e-mailed to you. Pennsylvania customers: Optical Overstock is required to charge a 6% sales tax to Pennsylvania customers only. |
