Return Policy
Aids to Independence offers the following Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy on all products, excluding canes. Returns are only accepted in the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase. We will not accept returns more than 30 days past the purchase date. If products are not returned in the original packaging with the original instructions included, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
We can allow no refunds or exchanges on white or support canes. These items are non-returnable.
