Studio Supply will accept money orders/cashiers checks. Please note product will not ship until funds are cleared.
INFORMATION POLICY:
By purchasing or accepting a service from Studio Supply LLC you enter into a legal binding policy within stated terms of this website and operating laws of a California LLC.
Any information gathered from this website or by purchasing a product will be NOT be given to anyone. We will only use this info for keeping you posted on select promotions provided solely by Studio Supply LLC. Should you want to to be taken off our internal list, please e-mail us @ info@"our website address" with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.
INTERNATIONAL:
Due to many manufacturers warranty and service policies we do not ship international. We apologize, but have found that in the end, should the customer need manufacturers support for repairs.. etc... most warranties actually will ONLY be honered in the country of sale. That means you'll have to send the product back to the USA office of that company for warranty repair. If you don't, you'll be not within warranty terms and potentially have to pay an authorized service center in your country. We prefer to cover all needs of our customers and find you'll be better off in the long run. Thanks for your understanding.
RETURN POLICIES: We hope that we were able to answer all questions about the product before purchase. We also hope you have spent some time viewing the resources available to you on the web and on the manufacturers websites about the products you purchased. However, we understand sometimes there is a wrong tool for the job or there has been damage done from one reason or another. Our policy is stated below:
1) You have 7 days from time of delivery to fully evaluate the product and its operation. Should this product not be the right one for you....you can send it back to us (with prior approval and the assignment of a return authorization number) for either a full refund of the product (does not include initial shipping charges from us to you) or store credit.
2) Should the product arrive damaged from shipping, please contact us immediately. We will immmediatley send out a new product to you as a replacement. We will deal with the shipping company and manufacturer. You will get what you pay for!
3) If you unfortunately experience an issue with your product and it is after the 7 day policy titled in section 1, please contact us. You will most likely have to contact the manufacturer of the product but depending on the product and circumstances and most importantly our stock and sales terms with the manufacturer, we may be able to get you taken care of direct with Studio Supply LLC.
4) Shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours to Studio Supply LLC. This will allow us to report a claim with the shipping company. At that time we will work our best to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
5) If your product arrives (D.O.A.) in non working order, we will replace it depending on our stock. From our experience sometimes the manufacturer can handle the issue quicker than Studio Supply LLC. Please contact us and we will work our best to make sure you get your product and fast! |
