Once an RMA has been issued, please return your purchase along with a copy of the original invoice to the address below. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all associated parts, manuals, documentation, packaging, a copy of the original invoice, and RMA# Once item is received it will be inspected and upon approval, a full refund,will be issued immediately, minus our shipping costs and a small 6% restocking fee, ($4 minimum).
