Return Policy
-If you require a refund you must contact us and explain what the issue is.
-This must be done within fourteen (14) days of the item being posted.
-If your explanation is considered to be valid, we will provide a receipt number via email, which you will need to enclose in the package when it is returned.
-It is very important that you understand the responsibility is with the buyer to post the item back paying any postage costs ensuring that no items are damaged or lost in the post.
