Return Policy
Umiak Outdoor Outfitters accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please return the item(s) to us for exchange or credit. All returned items must be unused in their original packaging. Any item that is returned to us used, altered or without the original packaging will be returned to the purchaser at his/her expense. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. Close-Out items, mounted skis and website specials are non exchangable and non returnable. To return an item to Umiak.Com, please follow these steps: 1. Create a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting our customer service at 802-253-2317. You will need your order number, from your invoice. An RMA# is not required, but it does expedite processing the exchange/refund. 2. Box up the item(s) you’re returning, with the product tags included, and use the bottom portion on the backside of the invoice to explain, in detail, the reason for the return/exchange. Please include order and RMA numbers.
