Earth friendly pet
We believe that just as we can reduce our impact upon the earth, we can help our pets do the same. Concerned about the increasing impact we are having on the environment, we decided to combine our love of animals with an effort to help lessen our and our pet's pawprint upon the earth.
To that end, we started this site to help give consumers easy access to products for their pets that are environmentally-friendly. The products that we carry (and the packaging whenever possible) are made from recycled materials or can be recycled or composted when you are finished with them.

Return Policy
Shipping Policies
In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days and you will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Larger items such as beds may take up to 10 days to receive because they are shipped separately. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you and try to give you an estimated date of arrival. If an item on an expedited order is backordered, we will ship what is available immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped via our standard ground shipping method. You will receive a shipment notification via email when your order has shipped and tracking information will be included when possible.
Shipping Materials
We recycle the shipping materials we receive so your order may arrive in not-so-earth-friendly packaging materials. We hope you will continue the cycle of reuse of these materials.
Refund Policy
You may return any unopened and unused products in original condition (no tears, bite marks, etc.) within 30 days. Items such as collars and leashes that are not shipped in packaging may be returned with no signs of use or have not been washed. We hope that you are happy with your order but if you have a problem with anything you order, please contact us to make arrangements to return the item(s) and receive a return authorization number. Please put this number on the outside of the packaging when you return the item(s). You are responsible for properly packaging your return and insuring it as we cannot give credit for damaged merchandise. We do not reimburse for shipping costs, nor do we refund original shipping costs. Exchanges If you ordered the wrong size or item the fastest way to exchanging is to place a new order and return the wrong item in its original condition following the above return policy
