Founded in 2003 by the Kramer family, Rockology is a life long dream of Dan's to combine business and pleasure. His passion for rocks and minerals led to a B.S. in Geology and has inspired his family and friends to marvel at the beauty and magnificence that mother nature has to offer.

Payment policy:
Due to efficiency and security, credit cards are the preferred form of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, RockologyAmerican express, Discover and Pay pal. If you are not comfortable placing on-line orders, checks or money orders are no problem. Checks will need to clear our bank prior to shipment.
Shipping policy:
Items purchased from Rockology are packed and shipped with great care. Most items are bubble wrapped and double boxed per USPS and UPS requirements. Although breakage is rare, it can happen! Insurance is included in the shipping charges. In certain cases, we may recommend professional services be utilized.

Rockology is committed to protecting your privacy - PERIOD. We do not or will not share or sell customer detailsRockology with any other parties. The information requested is for order processing only. Rockology does not receive or retain any credit card information. This information is sent directly to our banking credit card processing account.
Refund policy:
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, any item purchased that does not meet your complete satisfaction can be returned for a full refund or credit within 30 days. In the unlikely event that a return is necessary, a full refund less shipping and insurance will be issued within 7 days of our receipt of the undamaged returned specimen. Please contact us as soon as possible requesting a refund. Wrap items in their original packing, providing no damage is evident, taking care to pack tightly. You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance for the full value of the specimen unless other arrangements have been made. Rockology prides itself on positive experiences and satisfied customers.

Our photographic representation is as true to life as possible. Dimensions and weights may very slightly. Dimensions and weights include the stand if available.
